In version 2.0.03, if I am in the text creator and set the font height as 2.667 mm and type a few letters, it looks good. Then I go out of the text creator, and with the text I created highlighted, I look at the width/heigth settings box, and I see the text I created is not 2.667 mm, it is 1.842 mm. Can anyone help me understand why this is? Thanks!
It’s not the correct description, but the Font Size does not represent its physical size, it’s more of an average unit of measurement for the entire font.
If you e.g. changing font, dimensions in the X,Y box will often change as well, even if you have the same font size for the new font.
all 3 fonts have the same font size (in mm)
