I know I have seen a number of folks talk about this over the past couple of years. Well, here we are again so i apologize up front:-)
I am running 1.7.04 of LightBurn with a Monport GA 60W MOPA fiber laser. I have tried ideas I have seen in the forum, but none seem to work. If I make a square box on layer one and I try to see the frame on the material before it burns, I have selected the frame button. That opens another dialog box which when I select start it fires the laser. no red outline. Another said to hit the start button in the laser section, which would then show the red outline. It doesn’t, it acts the exact same. I have checked my settings and under device setting the Start Marking is set to zero.
I am sure this is probably a configuration issue and being very new to the laser community I don’t know where to start looking.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
