Framing image in correct position, but starting the project is outside the frame and inches off

So, I’ve been searching and have found quite a few related questions/errors in these forums, but nothing exactly like what I’m dealing with here. The issue revolves around discrepencies in the framing of project to the actual engraving. The image is basic. I was trying to engrave a cutting board as a test before moving to a large piece of oak. This is just a general fill, all one layer, and runs within 5 minutes. The setup was correct, everything looked great, all metrics for power/speed/interval were perfect, but the “frame” and the actual job coordinates do not match up, and there is no apparent reason for this.

When framing the project, it frames exactly where it needs to be. However, when I begin the project a pop up window comes up and warns me that the cut may be out of bounds. This is not the first time I have seen this popup. I do not run based on absolute coordinates due to the nomadic nature of the machine (working on getting a permanent spot for the thing), and have tried both “Current Position” and the “User origin”… both of which do the exact same thing, which is, beginning the project about an inch up and left of where it was showing it framed as, obviously ruining the project and infuriating me through confusion.

I have no clue what’s going on, why it’s happening, or how to solve it. I’m beginning to get frustrated, and was hoping someone could help provide me with some help to regain my sanity before I set this thing on fire. Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you mean. You are homing the machine right?
