Framing with laser turned on

I have an Ortur Laser Master II pro.
I am running version 1.0.02 of the Lightburn software.
I am running Windows 10 on an HP laptop.

I have looked in the forum, but I do not see an answer for my issue since I have the FIRE button enabled…

I have the fire button configured and it works in the MOVE tab. That is, when I hit the fire button, the laser turns on. So I have it configured properly has far as I know.

Is there something else that I need to do?

Now, when I hit the shift key and the frame button at the same time, the laser module moves around, but the laser does not light up.

never worked like this, why… i don’t know. I’m intrested too in this issue… If THIS is an issue… and i’m not sure.

I got answer elsewhere. In the move tab where the enable fire button is, there is a box for power level. This needs to be increased for the FRAME button to work in the LASER tab.
