I have a strange problem, it looks like LB freezes the laser.
It engraves one detail, the other one cannot be started, the program signals alternating framing/disconnecting. Turning off the laser helps, but for example, engraving is interrupted halfway through, the program signals “Busy”. This happened after installing the latest version of the software. EZCAD2 works all day without problems.
Any advice? I use JCZFiber

Make sure, no other program is trying to access the laser.
Please send us a screenshot of the “Edit Device Settings”. Especially the “Ports and Laser Settings” tab.
The ports for Start- Stop- and Done Marking might have changed.
