What’s odd is that Ruida controllers do not use a custom VID / PID pair, and I’m still having connection issues with it (as are a number of others). I’m using an M1 chip with Big Sur, so I’m hoping it’s related to that. I have a backup drive coming, and have another Mini set up with Catalina for the moment, but will set it up to dual boot with Big Sur shortly so I can test both on that hardware.
