I am trying to install and get Lightburn to work with the Cohesion 3D laser board. I have it working while using Pronterface software. Lightburn will not home unless I press the home button several times. This is my 2nd Cohesion board. I have one in my k40 working perfect.
This confirms you have set up one of these correctly. You have not provided enough to work with here. 
Without greater details, hard to offer specific “solutions”. You may find the good guides on the C3D Support Forum, refresh memory of the process taken to get things going with this second system.
