Since I use my Galvo laser (I never used it with EZCad) about 50% of my Jobs just stop.

I have no idea how to resolve this issue and am very frustrated.

Sounds like you are having EMI issues, Check your cables, use magnetic ferrules on them to prevent interference, your machine like mine probably has a EMI filter in it however they are not the end all be all. place your laser source as far as possible from your PC, also use separate power outlets for them, Ground your laser source to earth. Thanks for your answer but I tried all this before even running the laptop only from its battery it stops. What kind of logs could I provide to analyse the problem more
