Hello, I’m having trouble getting Lightburn to recognize my Galvo laser on my PC. Oddly, it works fine when connected to my friend’s computer. On my own PC, I can see ‘USBLMCV4,’ but it’s hidden, and the USB status shows as offline. Initially, I heard the connection sound when plugging in the USB, but after a few tries, it stopped making that sound. In Lightburn, I keep getting ‘Disconnected’ messages. I’m using the ST50R USB setting that Aeon provided, and both my PC and my friend’s PC run on Windows 11. I’m unsure why I’m facing these issues. Thank you for any help!
