Gcode workspace bounds question?

I’m using a CR-10 with 300x300 workspace. I have my laser offset set at x=10 and y=13. The start of my gcode file has:

; LightBurn 0.9.16
; Marlin device profile, absolute coords
; Bounds: X4 Y3 to X292.2 Y257.55

Is this correct? I would think it should be Bounds:X10 Y13 to X300 Y300. How are the bounds calculated and set?
