having a problem here with my main computer, I have a good alternate computer I need to transfer or more correctly re download lightburn to the new computer …I have no access to my main computer. Can anyone direct me to the help I need

hello it is me again, I have restored lightburn however I really need help finding the file from my old computer I have a hard drive dock and access to it fully intact. I just need help locating the needed file and how to move it to light burn

Okay Gentlemen, I have my UV laser working, my Co2 refuses to be set up again on the new computer and Lightburn, getting message " laser busy or working" it is not. Just no communications either by USB or cat 6. I know there is a setting wrong somewhere because is was working without fail.
If anyone can assist me how to use USB flash drive to run the co2 it would be helpful

Upon installing LightBurn on your new computer, did you check this box to install the FTDI drivers? If not, simply reinstall LightBurn and check this box:
Is your Windows computer assigning a COM port to your C02laser when it’s connected via USB and powered on? You should be able to review your device manager to confirm.
Sorry Jess for my slow reply I installed all of these because I have a Commarker UV and an Omtech AF2028 80. tried the USB and Lightburn did not see the Rudia controller. Have not tried again I will tomorrow, Must be up early for my day job.

JUST TO LET EVERONE KNOW, I was able to restore function to both of my lasers HOWEVER my omni 1 is now at 40% power (it was previously at 88%) I do not know why any suggestions>?
