I’m getting a lot of specs in bitmap files when engraving. I create the file in Corel Draw as a 100% RGB black and 100% RGB white vector image and then convert it to a bitmap (.png). I then export as an .ai file which I import into LB. The bitmap image looks fine in LB but when I laser it there is a lot of specs throughout the white areas. I usually run the job from LB but when I send the file to the laser and view it on the display (Ruida) you can see a lot of spots on the artwork that should not be there. There is a lot more of the spec or noise I guess you could call it in the actual engraving.
