Is there a way to use a go to next function when there are multiple parts within the area?
Go to the next cut/part.
If I´m understanding what your asking you can go to the next Group or if you Ungroup to the next shape in the order in which they were created:

If you want to change the order you have to make sure you´re working in wireframe mode

For the next Cut it depends on your Optimization Settings.
