Got new Genmitusu controller all works but Nema motors struggling

Had load of problems with my 3018 proso bought myself another New control board this does everything but Nema just Judders like it struggles for power I have unattached it form the threaded rod it;'s running Free yet still makes the noise as if its connected to the threaded rod…
Using LAser Tree with Genmitusu 3019 pro pv2

Did you copy all the controllers internal settings to the new controller?

This usually means the threaded rod is binding when you attach the motor. They make these sounds when the magnetic field moves faster than motor can respond. If the motor doesn’t have the power to rotate the threaded rod or screw, I’d suspect it’s binding.

With the motor attached and no power, can you easily turn the screw with your fingers. It should be pretty smooth.

Not sure if I’m understanding you correctly… does it make the same noise with or without the screw being attached?

If this is correct, this is usually caused by the phases crossed up.

A+ and A- needs the correct orientation to B+ and B-
