Green dot not lined up properly - mirror output to rotary

When mirror output to rotary is checked, the green dot flys all over the screen.
Same issue this guy is having:

Hey all - I have seen this question - but haven’t seen a solution so we are hoping to find an answer. We run version 1.0.06. We just recently updated and now are having an issue when we enable rotary - the issue comes when you select “mirror output to rotary” The green dot then moves out of the boundary and is no where near the image we are going to engrave. We have to take our image and move it towards the green dot and manually make them line up. There is nothing else on our screen - this…
