I have a Gweike cloud Pro II.
My machine bed parameters are set up as default 510x300.
I have issues with either the laser head not going to the same position on screen to the same on the bed. Eg exact centre isn’t exact centre on the physical laser bed, and also any cuts I know are within the parameters I still get told it’s outside parameters.
any ideas???
ALSO does anyone have any links or tips on adjusting laser height on different lines to obtain thicker line on drawings? so some thin some thick on the same job
Does it home correctly?
If you send a 100mm move command, will it do so correctly?
Who tells you this, software or laser console?
Put thin and thick on separate layers. Run thin at focus. Then raise head and run thick line.
Or where you need thick, add an offset and use fill. Then run it as one job.
