Currently in Labs mode, but with the new camera alignment wizard you can now capture an alignment with different material heights/work planes and LightBurn can recalculate your alignment between those two thicknesses.
We’re eager to hear about your experience if you have tried this new feature. If not, feel free to give it a go! Documentation is not yet available.
In my copy of v2.1.04 the switch is not there.
In v2.2.00-Beta-5 the switch is there but is not functional (can’t turn on).
I did not roll back to v2.1.02 like your pix shows.
Correction: Beta 5 only shows the (Labs) switch and not the Interpolate one.
I’m also having a little trouble finding what you’re looking for.
Nb. the only “Lab” function here is also not activateable.

If you’re not seeing the toggle for Interpolate Alignment Height, do you have the Z axis enabled in Device Settings? Enabling that turns on Material Height as an option, which allows you to create alignments for different material heights.

That does the trick. But, making differentiated profiles for different heights…, isn’t that specifically intended for machines that DO NOT have the option to adjust the height of their machine bed?
I think these 2 options in the camera menu need a little more explanation so we can properly test them.
ps. I don’t have a motorized bed height, like most diode lasers - however, I have an option to activate it anyway…
I agree 100%. I adjust my heights with material from ScrapWood LLC.
Turning on Z when you have none is counter intuitive.
