Have a falcon2 pro 60w and camera will not work in lightbrun it works with falcon software but not in ligtbrun it shows the camera but no pic

i have win11 a falcon2 pro 60w and the camera is not working in lightburn but is working in falcon software and windows is showing it but when i hit the camera button in lightburn the pic will not take or update. do you now what to do?
