When I send large jobs from Lightburn 2.1.03 to my Thunder laser Titian for my Mac, the file transfer fails (always fails at different percentages of transfer). Smaller transfers make it through to the laser. I am connected via ethernet directly to the laser with a static ip. Thunder support is saying this is a Lightburn issue. Is this a known issue/ Is there a solution?

Connected directly from the computer to the laser via ethernet. No router
What’s the network timeout set to in your device settings?
It is set to 5000ms
That should be plenty - I assume you’re using ‘Send’ and not ‘Start’ ? We do have an update to the communication coming that allows for retries, which is specifically for the controller used in the Titan, which should improve things.
I am using “send”. Hopefully the update comes soon and solves the issue :). Right now I have to break apart jobs into small sections and run them accordingly. very tedious and slow.
You can save to a USB sick and pull that into the controller as well, though that’s not a ton better.
