Having issues with my CO2 laser and lightburn

I am currently using the Gweike Cloud Pro 50w with the Lightburn software on my computer using widows 10 Pro 64-Bit

yesterday morning i went to use my laser and noticed a list of things happening.

When I power up the laser the laser will go to the top left side of the machine (opposite the homing) and crashes against the wall. the homing button sends the laser to the opposite side of the machine, I finally got the left, right, up and down positioning working correct. It will frame but when i hit start the fan comes on and the laser does not move.

I have attempted to delete and reinstall the software with no success…

PLEASE HELP. I’m not sure what to do.

Been using lightburn for a few months with minor hicups but nothing like this.

Assume you changed these via Edit → Machine settings?

Did you save your original settings from the Ruida before you started changing them?

You might be able to recover using File → load prefs backup…

hit start the fan comes on and the laser does not move.

Check your front door to make sure its pushed in all the way and also thst your lid switches are clicking. This happens to me often ans its always a switch not pressed to disable failsafe
