Having problems cutting using mini gerbil

Using win 10 64bit
16gb ram
Seems since the update I can no longer use lightburn even if I have down graded back to. 20 version it seems to lose connection and struggles to find it again if trying to start connection

Thanks
Ade

Can you check to see if changing the ‘DTR Enable’ button in your Device Settings affects it? Toggle it from whatever it is now, then restart the software and let me know if that works. The behavior of that button changed recently - it was actually being ignored, and now isn’t, so it’s possible the Mini Gerbil requires it on (or off).

i have tried the dtr switch with no fix
although I’m now having error.24 problems

Click the ‘Save GCode’ button, save the file with a .txt extension, and attach it here. I can look to see if there’s anything present in the file that shouldn’t be.

This is an issue that sounds familiar to me. my issue was, I was using the usb port IE… front panel ports. I switched my cam to a usb port on a separate channel, port on the back. Most motherboards have several channels for the usb comms. I have had no connection issues after this little adjustment. good luck.
