We were using our laser today and ran several items then all of a sudden our software wouldn’t send a file. I restarted the software and it required my license number again. After entering it, it would no longer recognize the controller. We have restarted. We have uninstalled and reinstalled. We have edited to change it from USB to ethernet. Nothing has worked. We cannot get lightburn to recognized our controller. RDWorks won’t either so I’m about to just order and replace the controller. I need help asap.
Did you go to devices then find my laser?
