Hi, I have an issue where Every once in a while I will click start and instead of burning my design the laser starts burning “lightburn is on”.
This only happens every so often but it will ruin my projects. Also, it happens completely randomly, not just when first loading the program or anything. It can be the first time I try to burn project or I will be burning the same project multiple times, works fine a couple times, then just randomly does this issue, then I hit start again and it burns my design again.
Any ideas why might this occur? Is there a setting somewhere?
