Help Calibrating CNC/Laser bundle

Have an issue with Calibrating the 0.0 Position on a Home Built CNC, I know LB is for Lasers. But i also have the LED Laser module on this one.
I currently have it configured to “HOME” to Rea=r Left side. However when i hit the MOVE TO 0.0 Button it goes to the following
X: 22.346 Y: 7.140 Z: 0.0.

I have tried everything I know to figure this out. I am including the GCode listed below. Maybe it can Help.

I’m not a gcode wizard but does this home on power up, so it knows where it is or do you physically place it…?
