Help figuring out why advanced mode will not work for me

So awhile back I asked for help on a smiliar issue that I could not get working and using rotary and never figured it out. This is one of the same issues but I am going to start from basics and not use rotary. Just a flat piece of anodized metal to take the rotary out of the equation.

I have an issue where the laser works perfectly in beginner mode but seems to lose all power in regular mode. I cannot figure out what settings is causing it to run this way. I tried updating from 1.7 to the newest 2.0.4 hoping it would resolve itself but it is worse in 2.x. The laser won’t work in either beginner or regular with 2.x.

Machine details:
100w JPT M7 E2 MOPA laser
BJJCZ EZCAD control card
Sino RC1001 Galvo Scanner

I am attaching screenshots of all the configuration pages I can find as well as a video link showing what it is doing in both modes. (https://youtube.com/shorts/oNoIZRgu2CM)

I hope one of you all can help me figure this out. I am losing my mind trying to figure it out. I eventually want to upgrade to 2.x but am unable to currently as I lose all ability to use the laser with 2.x when I tried.

Thank you all for reading this far!

Are your screenshots in beginner mode or advanced mode?

Just a WAG, in beginner mode it probably ignores the Q-Pulse = 1 and runs it at a more orthodox setting.
Try using Q=200 to confirm or eliminate this as a contributing factor.

You are Amazing! that took care of the issue.

However at 200 the engraving is a little different and these are printing plates so I had them dialed in perfect under the beginner mode. Do you know what the Q pulse setting defaults to under beginner mode? Or do you know where I can check that?

My bet is 200, that is the fixed for a JPT. Other brands are around 90-130. But also beginner might ignore other settings, you have wobble on that might make a difference. Also flood fill might get ignored. I’m not one of the gurus, just a casual observer.
