help i recently changed my pc and i forgot my my username and password for the application is there a way i could recover it. i appreciate any tips to solve this issue
Do you have the email with your licence key?
You can enter the key into LightBurn in a second computer and you will be up and running.
There is a password reset feature available at the Licence Portal but you will need access to your email address to reset your password.
Looking into our systems, I see that you used the same email address as you use here. You should be able to visit the license portal using this and reset the password. If you encounter any issues, please send email to support@lightburnsoftware.com, and we can assist you there. We avoid sharing any personal information here in public.
