How do I get around the restriction for activating a licence on a VM. The trial ran with no problems also there was no documentation on this restriction.
I am unable to get the laser cutter detected by the software on Mac plus i find it easier to run on windows but i cant activate it.
any help appreciated as I urgently need to cut items now.
The best way is to email our support email address, so we can look up your key. I’ve pulled your email from here, and the only key under your email address doesn’t have the VM restriction on it, so I’m assuming this has already been taken care of.
