Without knowing your expectations, we cannot interpret you outcome.
Instead of plywood, I suggest you use cardboard from shipping boxes to learn the process. Much lower power is needed, but free material is a lot better to make errors on

Your X axis has a problem with the timing belt or loose pulley/pinion screw.
