Hi I have problems connecting to my laser, I have been trying to correct this problem for about 10 days .
I have had the two machines working well untill about 10 days ago. I have been on the Algolaser help desk and have followed the video. I have worked my way through the instructions and got as far as sorting the COM out , I am unable to get a COM connection.
I have Lightburn running on C program Files Lightburn and algolaser on same program but it says I haven’t got authority to do it. Any help please
