Not sure if I’m supposed to adjust settings when uploading an image. It says 100speed 20 power.
Am I supposed to adjust?

You will very likely need to adjust, yes - 100 mm/sec and 20% power are just generic defaults.
It will take some trial and error to dial in the appropriate settings for your laser. If you double-click the image layer in the Cuts/Layers window, you can adjust power, speed, DPI, and the dithering mode used for the image.
Run just using the default first, but with a shrunken version of the image, to see how it looks, then adjust one value to see the difference, and do a few tests to home in on what the right values are for your machine.
