I got the 160 degree camera with case, and I suspect I got the incorrect one
Camera is mounted… but
I have gone through calibration for the lens and alignment several times and when I do the ‘frame’ of the item, it’s WAY off.
Help… Please.

how did you calibrate both settings? there must be the mistake, because if everything has been done correctly, it is very precise.
Photos or a video of your calibration procedure would help to find the error.
Are you in ‘Absolute Coords’ mode when using the camera? You have to be.
Also, since your camera is capturing much wider than needed, it would help if you scale up the alignment job when doing alignment calibration. The default is 180x180mm, so you should be able to go to about 250% scale with no issues at all.
