hello, in this image, the line is a single line (blue), but I wish to have the horizontal line, (a cut line) go straight across the gap, and the vertical lines, to be a separate object, to be engraved, not cut. how do i go about this in light burn?
Edit nodes, break apart, extend the horizontal line, insert point, break apart again and merge the two “vertical” lines and assign the shape another layer, merge it the two horizontal lines into one shapes. Change layer to fill.
thanks for that, eventually got it to work, finding the merge was difficult, but under the edit menu,auto-join selected shapes.
