Help with wrtting macros

I need to setup a X-Tools RA2 Pro Rotary in LightBurn on my laptop running Windows 10. To do so I must change two settings in GRBL settings. I would like to make two macros, one for changing the two settings to run the rotary and a second one to put the GRBL settings back when done with the RA2. My only problem is I don’t have a clue how to write macros. Can someone direct me to a macro 101 for dummies?? Would like/need to learn how to write them just don’t know where to start except here…
Forgot to tell you I am running a Ortur OLM 3.

Lemon squeezy

Right-click on a macro button in the console. A window will pop up and you can enter your commands in that window.

Click ‘OK’ to save.
