hi all. so spotted this today some of my files can be seen in my folders and others cannot, does anyone know why this is?
@kellyken - One possibility is that the files that are not showing the preview were saved by a version of LightBurn from before we added the preview feature.
Easiest way to check is to open one and re-save it with the latest version.
hi. yep that worked, but now it wont let me delete the old file i keep getting

That thing (COM surrogate) is the Windows process that builds the thumbnails. That shouldn’t happen for more than a moment while the thumbnail is being updated.
yeah have tried it will all the files and the same thing, i even went out of LB and still the same
Close your Windows file explorer windows windows, then re-open those. I’ve seen that before once or twice, but it’s usually short lived.
