Home & Position problem

Hi,
I have bought recently a LONGER A5 10W in order for a stand alone use with an SD card.
I have created a simple rectangle with Inkscape and import it into RGBL saving the gcode on the SD card.
Initialing the Position and Frame testing is OK, but the laser does not start and tiger.nc page displays pause. Cannot launch the laser and exit from Pause.
Home does’nt work.
In Inkscape changing the position of the rectangle in the page, sometime its works, Why?

I have surely a bad understanding of initialisation: laser initial position, home, Position.
Having readen the Gcode file, the provided file, by exemple “Bird” have a G54 command generated by Lightburn, but RGBL does’nt provide it.

Please could you help me and explain the initial procedure: laser head position, Home, Position …

Regards

Thank you for your clear explanations and video. I have switched from GRBL to Lightburn, a huge improvement.
The Longer A5 does’nt have limit switches, but no problem with Lightburn and “Current position” option.
