How can I find out if my laser is compatible with lightburn?

Hello, I downloaded the trial software and proceeded to connect my laser. Well, no luck, light burn does not recognize my laser.

This is what I have. I had it for almost a year and use it sparingly.

Do I need to buy a different laser, or is there another way to make this work with lightburn?

I’ve never heard of that machine and there’s scant little information on the website about it. However, there are a few hints that it may not be compatible with LightBurn:

  1. They indicate that it can’t be supported in Mac. Normally compatible lasers will say that LightBurn supports it for Mac.
  2. One of the reviews mentioned the Windows software that’s used and it sounded like something proprietary (ie called Laser).

Based on this I’m guessing this would be unsupported.
