How do I adjust the width of an object with the percentage adjuster, but not effect the height

Hello.

I have imported a DXF file that has tabs and cut outs for those tabs. The file is designed for 2mm acrylic, but I only have 2.2mm acrylic. I would like to adjust the cut outs to accommodate the thicker acrylic with the percentages section of the Numeric Edits at the top of the page.

However, when I adjust the width from 100% to 110%, it automatically adjusts the height too. What option can I unclick (or click) to only have one dimension changed?

click on the aspect ration lock and make unlocked. Then adjust the dimension Screenshot 2021-01-01 173440 you want. uploading a screen shot.
