I have the Ortur Laser Master II and after I trace the picture in the preview it has vertical lines that outline the shape of the picture and not on fill mode, how do I fix this.

I just want to etch the design on to acylic or wood in the fill mode, this is what it gives me after I Trace the desisgn in Preview Mode. How do I get it back into fill mode?
I can not answer this as I have no idea what you have going on except for what you share. The screen captures I have requested would allow us to “see” what you are observing. Without some view to what you actually have going on, hard for us to provide you with reasoned responses that will help you.
I’m wondering if everything is ok just his line interval is huge.
