How do I smooth a turn?

Controller 6445 running 350mm 10% when making the letter S the turns are very harsh not smooth but the letter is crisp.
I just wanted to know how to smooth out the fast swoop of the machine.

Reduce the acceleration for idle and cutting moves. At 350 mm/sec, you’re moving very fast for vector marking, so it’s going to shake some. Reducing the acceleration will ultimately prevent the machine from going full speed through those shapes (assuming it’s hitting full speed now, which is not likely), so you could also just run it slower.
