How to add pause to cooldown material

How to add pause between passes/layers/sublayers/whatever when using lightburn with galvo?

I need to give material time to cooldown, in other case it gets charred.
Here: Overview - LightBurn Documentation it states

Pause before (Galvo Only): The number of milliseconds to pause before starting a sub-layer. Click the Show Timings button to show this setting or Hide Timings to hide it.

Pause after (Galvo Only): The number of milliseconds to pause after finishing a sub-layer. Click the Show Timings button to show this setting or Hide Timings to hide it.

but after settings that to 10000ms i havent noticed any pause. those 2 options are available without ticking override default timings, does it need to be checked?

I will answer myself, options stated in original post are working but not for images, seems to be a bug because after setting them in image layer settings they go to 0.
There is one trick though, enable clean pass after every layer and set pause before/after there. Set fastest possible speed with lowest possible power and huge line interval. This way cleaning pass wont affect material in noticable way and pause before/after will work.
This is poor workaround but it works.
