How to change what fills when set to 'fill'?

Hi! Newbie here. I’m on the latest version of LB. Using a Creality Falcon A1 10w diode. In LB Core, how do I tell it what get’s “filled” when something is set to “fill”? I have an image that is basically a face, with a second outline, then eyes, mouth, etc. I set the outer line for a cut, but when I set the other lines to fill, it fills in the wrong area. I want to only fill the inner lines/eyes/mouth.
Is there a way to do this?

Thanks a bunch! Here’s the image and what it wants to fill. I kind of want the inverse of what it’s doing.

remove the outer black line nearest the red cut line

If I understand correctly, the easiest way will be to duplicate the selected line for “cut” (red) and assign the recording layer to the duplicated line.

Try it and tell me if the result is what you want.

You don’t tell. You have to realize first that “Fill” only works on closed objects. A line can never fill outwards.
