I have this laser cutter:
I am trying cut through 300gsm card (pretty thin) and can get through it at 100% power on 200mm speed on 2 or 3 passes. I just expected my laser to be way more powerful though.
Is there anything I can change? Any help would be great!
The best advice you’ll get is to add air assist for cutting:
Aside from that, make sure your focus is good. Diode laser are fairly weak, so proper focus is also very important.
