Export from Corel as a DXF file (or you can use another format that you prefer) and import into LB

AI or SVG are generally preferred, as art programs tend to butcher DXF files (cad packages do a much better job with them).

When you say “or this file” - the file you posted is a JPG picture, but those types of “3D illusion” lamp files are usually in vector format, which is much easier to work with for this kind of thing. Starting from a JPG or other image format is going to mean you need to do an image trace to get the vectors back, and you’d need to do a bunch of editing and cleanup to get a decent result. Much easier to just find them in a vector format to start with.
