How to set number of passes in fill mode

HI, I am experiencing a problem when engraving small dots that are separeted by a few mm. Some lines of dots are engraved twice and some are engraved just once.
How I must set the parameters to engrave just once?

Can you upload the .lbrn file for review?

I don’t know the file or the desired dimensions. However, your problem may have to do with the laser line interval.

If this is not the problem, have you tried selecting and defining “remove overlapping lines”

please find the lightburn file

It is the line interval but I don’t know how to set it in the fill mode to pass just once over it. I have tried different settings but it always repeats on some lines…
Do you have some similar experience?

here is the file, I have tried all the possible Line Interval settings but I can not manage that the laser passes just once over all points… I have an AEON Super Nova Laser with Rudia Controler.

Is your intent to have each dot be a single laser dot size wide?

If so, the easiest way to do this would be to make the line interval match the distance between dots. In this case 1.251 mm.

However, in testing this it seems there are certain situations where this doesn’t result in anything being burned. I suspect that’s due to the starting position. So you may need to vertically adjust the position of the full set of dots to also align to a value divisible by 1.251.

As an alternative, consider using lines instead of dots in your design and using line mode.

I open the file and agree with @berainlb. do what he recommends in the tread above.
