How to Ungroup?

I engraved this image and want to use it again just change the name and other text. Can’t Ungroup it’s locked. How do I open it?

This could indicate that it is an image and not a vector graphic. If it is an image, you must first trace and edit it to be able to use individual elements.

Please send a screenshot of your layer settings for clarification.
