I am using CNC 3018 for a while. Suddenly, X and Y start acting in reverse way.
Someone advise me to upgrade the firmware.
What do you recommend please?
You need to be a little more specific about your problem.
If it was working, what did you change? Did you do a firmware upgrade?
When your machine boots what is the firmware version?
Should be printed on the console when you boot it…
It shows Grbl 1.1f
I think this is the latest firmware version for this model.
I do not remember that I have made any changes.
I deleted the devices then add it again but the problem is still persist. The other issue is homing now
Homing cycle is not enabled in your Grbl settings.
It’s probably a configuration issue. Cut and paste your $$ configuration information here for us to have a look.
Before you touch anything, make a backup copy of the configuration… That will help next time it’s got a problem.
