How to Wrap Print to Shapes

Hey there! New to the laser world so please be kind.

We just got our laser in and I’m in the process of learning how to use LightBurn. Our primary goal is to laser engrave leather and wood products, preferably with different patterns (similar to leather tooling).

However, while I’m playing with LightBurn, I’m having an issue. I’m tinkering with some vector files and found some patterns I like, but if I have a circle, for example, and the pattern is a rectangle, how can I wrap my pattern to fit the circle? I’ve spent about an hour now and - maybe it’s a super easy trick - but I’m not making any progress!

I’d love some help!

It’s much easier to understand what you’re trying to do if you upload a pic or 2, but If I understand you correctly. Move your rectangle where you want it in or on your circle, then with the rectangle still selected, shift click the circle, go to Arrange Menu> Copy Along Path and fill in the boxes to suit.
