I am new to this. I have a file that I’ve downloaded and I’m trying to cut when I go to frame and start. It says there was a problem sending days data to the laser. The laser may be busier paused. I know that’s not the case what could it be?

I have imported a file to cut in Lightburn with my reality falcon too it says there was a problem sending #DATA to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused. I have reset everything and continue to get this error.

The doc has some suggestions:

As a rule of thumb, expect problems with the cheap USB cable packed with the laser. :frowning_face:
