I can't set up my LightBurn! Help!

I download the lightburn the supplier provides in their USB drives, I downloaded the lightburn but did not open it.
Then I find their blogs about setting up lightburn → https://em-smart.com/blogs/blog-center/lightburn-for-fiber-lasers-a-beginners-guide?_pos=3&_sid=377e8e4fc&_ss=r
Still didn’t work!!
