I found a very neat feature in the variable text setting box that I just noticed today!

Variable text settings
Using this, you can automatically add cut settings, the date the file was cut!
I created a text box for the laser cut settings and put that in the “Library” so I can drag it into a file so it automatically fills in the cut settings as the file is cut.
These are twp text boxes for the variable cut settings and date:
